What happens next?

Your application will be reviewed by our casting team. Based on the images and information you've submitted, we will make an initial determination of your qualifications. If we feel that you have potential, you will advance to the next step in the casting process.

What happens during the casting process?

The casting process consists of 3 phases:

  1. Application. During this phase you submit information about yourself that we use to determine if you are qualified to work in our productions. This phase might require you to submit additional photos or answer questions which we did not get with your original application.
  2. Audition. Once you have completed the application process and we feel that you might have some potential, we will contact you to offer you an audition. We only offer auditions to individuals that we feel are the most likely to succeed.
  3. Casting. Individuals who achieve satisfactory performance in their audition are offered parts in our productions based on our current needs and their desires.

Can't I just come in for an audition without filling out the application?

We wish things were this easy! If we allowed anybody to come in without qualifying by filling out the application, our doorbell would be ringing all the time. We just don't have the time to meet every individual that wants to be in our productions in person. We save our time for those that we feel are most qualified.

What happens during an audition?

The audition is the last step in the casting process before you are cast in our productions. You will be invited to meet with one of our directors to discuss your experience and opportunities. You will fill out some required paperwork and we will obtain a copy of your ID, so that we can confirm that you are over 18. You will meet one-on-one with one of our directors to answer any questions you may have and to get any final information we may need from you. The director will take some test photos of you and review them with our casting team. If the director feels that you are ready to move forward, a casting video will be made. The casting video is a solo video which will contain an interview and you performing nude. The solo video is required by all applicants before they can proceed to casting. Not all applicants who make it to the audition will be offered the solo video or any other casting opportunities. The audition may be as short as 20-30 minutes. However, if things are going well, it could take several hours to complete the solo video.

Will I be compensated for the solo video?

Yes. If you successfully complete an audition video, you will receive payment at the end of your audition. The director will discuss compensation during your initial meeting, prior to starting the video.

Can I see what models I'll be working with?

Absolutely! Once you've completed the casting process, we will offer you opportunities according to the information you give us in your application and audition. When you are cast in a part, you may request information and photos of your scene partners.

I don't want to send in nude pictures, can I come in and have them taken?

Unfortunately, we can't offer you this option. We receive over 300 applications every week. We just don't have the time or staff available to give everybody an in-person photo session. We try to save ourselves and you time by having you submit a few time-stamped images of yourself. Once we receive those images, we offer the best qualified candidates an audition. You are applying for adult entertainment. Therefore, it is a reasonable request to have nudes of you. You should be comfortable with the idea of nude photos and videos being viewed by others. This is what would be required should we decide to cast you in a video or photo shoot.

Is this an agency?

No. We are a production company and we recruit and cast all of our own talent in-house.

Is this gay?

We produce a variety of content, depending on our current contracts and needs. We respect our talent and would never require anybody to do anything they are not comfortable with. Short answer, if you don't want to do gay films, we have opportunities for you!

Do I have to pay any fees?

No. We do not charge any fees or ask any of our talent to pay for anything. If you have been asked by any company to pay for "test shots" or a "casting fee", we urge you to consider this very carefully. There are scams out there trying to take advantage of people like you. Legitimate companies will never ask for any money or other compensation from their models.

How long will it take?

Depending on how fast you supply the required photos and information, the initial process could take anywhere from a few days to a few months. We offer auditions based on our current needs and priorities.

How much will I get paid?

Compensation is a sensitive matter. Talent fees are based on a variety of factors–including, qualifications, abilities, where the material will be published, the production budget, and other considerations. Therefore, we don't discuss payment until we're ready to offer you a part. Then, we discuss specifics about what you'll be doing and how much you'll be paid.

How often will I be doing videos?

Once you complete the audition, we begin matching upcoming productions with your abilities, desires, and physical attributes. When we have a match, we contact you with an offer. Some models can work as often as every week. Others may only work a few times a year. The amount of work you receive is based on your availability, our production schedule, your past performance, and other factors.
